How does JAAR detect invoices in my email?
The AI analyzes every incoming email and recognizes when it contains an invoice, a receipt or a renewal, even if the word "invoice" isn't in the subject line. No need to set up rules or manual filters: the agent learns from your inbox and sorts automatically.
Does it read invoices that arrive as PDF attachments?
JAAR reads the text of the email, not the contents of the PDF. If the amount and due date appear in the message, it extracts them. If they are only inside the PDF, the invoice is still kept apart from the rest and you can open the attachment from JAAR.
What data does it extract from each invoice?
The amount, the due date and the issuer when available, so you can see at a glance which payments are pending and when they're due, without opening every email one by one.
Does it work with Gmail, Outlook and my company email?
Yes. Invoice detection works the same on Gmail, Outlook, iCloud and any IMAP mailbox, including your company's own email or custom domain. You connect the account once and the agent works in the background.
Is it secure? Does JAAR store my invoices?
JAAR accesses your email over an encrypted connection and only processes the information it needs to sort and alert you. It never sells your data or uses it for advertising (only essential providers, such as the AI that classifies, process it), and nothing is sent or changed without your confirmation.
