Which email providers does JAAR work with?
JAAR connects to Gmail, Outlook, iCloud, and any IMAP mailbox. That includes your company's or custom domain's own email, and it also integrates with Google Calendar and Google Drive.
Can I connect my company email or custom domain?
Yes. If your email works over IMAP (as is typical with Zoho, cPanel, Fastmail, or your own server), you can connect it to JAAR. Setup is automatic and credentials are stored encrypted.
Is it safe to connect my email account?
Yes. Connections use encrypted access and, for Gmail and Outlook, Google's and Microsoft's official authorization systems. We never sell your data or use it for advertising (only essential providers, such as the AI that classifies, process it) and nothing is sent or changed without your confirmation.
How long does it take to connect?
A few minutes. You choose your provider, authorize access, and JAAR starts processing your incoming email in the background. You don't need to install anything or change the way you work.
Can I connect multiple accounts at once?
Yes. You can connect multiple email accounts (for example, your personal and work accounts) and JAAR manages all of them with the agents you have active on your plan.
