Terms of Service

1. Description of the service

JAAR is an email management platform powered by artificial intelligence. The Service classifies, prioritizes and summarizes your emails, and organizes your calendar, deadlines and connected files, helping you manage your inbox more efficiently.

2. Registration and account

• You must provide truthful information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and for all activity on your account.
• You must be of legal age or have the necessary legal authorization to contract the Service.

3. Trial period and subscription

• JAAR offers a free 7-day trial period. No credit card or any other payment method is required to activate it.
• When the 7 days end, nothing is charged automatically. Your account moves to a limited state: you can still sign in and access the data already classified, but the artificial intelligence features are switched off until you subscribe to a plan.
• Your data and settings are kept while you decide, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• If you subscribe to a plan, the subscription is monthly and renews automatically until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You will keep access until the end of the period already paid.

4. Prices and payments

Prices vary according to the profile (Personal, Professional, Business, Student) and the subscribed tier, and are displayed at the time of contracting. Payments are processed through Stripe. We reserve the right to modify prices, notifying you with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access other users' systems or data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service without permission.
• Overload or interfere with the operation of the platform.

6. Connecting third-party accounts

By connecting your Gmail, Outlook or other provider accounts, you authorize JAAR to access the necessary data via OAuth. This authorization is also subject to the terms of those providers. You can revoke access at any time.

7. Artificial intelligence

The Service uses artificial intelligence models to analyze and summarize your emails. Although we strive to provide accurate results, AI can make mistakes. Classifications, summaries and suggestions are indicative and you should not base critical decisions solely on them.

8. Intellectual property

JAAR, its code, design, brand and content are the property of Jesús Romero Aguado and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your data and emails remain yours; JAAR claims no ownership over them.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, JAAR shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss or loss of profit arising from the use or inability to use the Service. We recommend keeping backup copies of your important information.

10. Suspension and cancellation

We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after a modification implies acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable regulations.
